In addition to submitting resumes and interviewing for jobs, this can include completing an approved training program, attending a job fair, or other activities designed to help a recipient gain employment. Recipients must also provide a weekly report detailing the actions taken. The bill also requires the Department of Economic Security to cross-check claims weekly against multiple data sources. Finally, employers are required to report previous employees for actions, such as refusing to return to work or failing to appear for a scheduled interview. Support is The Club For Growth Foundation''s position as combatting fraud within the state''s unemployment insurance system is critical to maintaining low payroll taxes for businesses, which are forced to pay into the system. While unemployment insurance should not be carried out by government - rather, a system should be established whereby individuals and companies can purchase into a program on the private marketplace - lawmakers have a duty to maintain the integrity of the system.

Against DEMs
This bill, the Arizona Accommodations for All Children Act, requires public schools to provide a reasonable accommodation to students unwilling or unable to use a multi-user restroom or changing facility in a public school, or multi-person sleeping quarters during a public school-sponsored event, designated for their biological sex at birth. Schools are required to provide a reasonable accommodation upon written request, but this does not include allowing access to a restroom or changing facility designated for the opposite sex while in use. A reasonable accommodation may include access to use single-user restroom or changing facility, or use of an employee restroom or changing facility.
